We deliver for a flat fee of R60 throughout South Africa on all Revel 100% Linen orders, to a nominated address within business hours Monday to Friday.


We ship internationally, delivery charges are calculated on checkout determined by your postal code destination and the weight of the order. The client is responsible for all import duties and custom tax in their respective country.


As most Revel 100% Linen is personalised and thus hand made to order, there is a lead dispatch time of 15 working days. If we do have the size and colour available in stock of more standard orders, the linen can be dispatched within two days of purchase. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative or refund. Transit times will vary upon your location, usually within two days in South Africa, and within a week internationally.


We are proud of the workmanship and quality controls we have in place to make sure the products we are producing are of the highest standard. If you are not satisfied, ordered the wrong size or have a change of mind we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused and in their original condition within 28 days of purchase.


To process a return please email us at info@revellinen.com within 14 days of receipt. You will need to include your name, order number and reason for return and we will forward you a return authority number. Unless by prior arrangement returns will be accepted by courier or by SA Post Office, and we recommend registered post as in the event the package is lost in transit we will not be liable. Return shipping costs for exchange or change-of-mind items are non-refundable. After inspection of the goods, items will be replaced or credited to the purchasing credit card within 14 days of receipt.


All of our prices and transactions are processed in US dollars (USD) or South African Rands (ZAR).


Revel 100% Linen is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, to contact you if there is a need, and to personalise your shopping experience with us.


To maximise your security when purchasing from In Revel 100% linen, we use PayFast. PayFast use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Two of the four major South African banks use this –the highest– level of encryption currently available.
